Indonesia Visa & Relocation Specialists
Whether you’re a trader working remotely, an entrepreneur opening a B2B or mentorship business, or ready to settle into villa life the wrong KITAS costs you time, money, and peace of mind. We match you to the one that actually fits.
We map your income source, business plans, and how long you want to stay — then tell you which KITAS actually applies, not the one that’s easiest to sell you.
We work with people earning from trading, freelancing, agencies, and mentorship brands — income structures that generic visa agents often get wrong.
From leasehold contracts to Hak Pakai titles, we connect the visa decision to where and how you’ll actually live.
Which visa fits you
Indonesia’s visa rules changed significantly over the last two years. Here’s the current picture, in plain language.
For traders, freelancers, and remote employees paid by clients or employers outside Indonesia. You cannot legally serve Indonesian clients on this visa.
The easiest entry point for freelancers who aren’t ready to commit. Good for a first few months in Bali — not a legal basis for working locally.
For people who want years in Indonesia without working locally — often paired with a qualifying villa or property purchase.
The route for founders who want to sell to Indonesian clients, hire locally, or build a registered B2B or mentorship brand in-country.

Most people qualify for more than one option. We’ll tell you which one actually matches how you earn and how long you want to stay.
Selling services, B2B, or mentorship
Selling coaching, running a B2B agency, or launching a mentorship brand from Indonesia isn’t the same as working remotely — and it isn’t optional to get right, since it determines whether you can legally invoice, hire, and bank in-country.
A foreign-owned company structure that lets you invoice both local and international clients under an Indonesian entity.
Your business activity — consulting, coaching, agency services — needs the correct license category before you can operate legally.
Once your company exists, this becomes your legal basis to live in Indonesia and run the business day to day.
Local company income is taxed differently from foreign remote income — worth mapping out before you commit, not after.
Villa life, not tourist life
A villa lease means little if your visa doesn’t match your income, or your business isn’t registered to operate here. We connect the two so your lifestyle plan and your legal status actually line up.
Common questions
It depends on how you support yourself. Remote workers and traders paid from abroad typically use the E33G Remote Worker KITAS. People settling for years without working locally often use the Second Home Visa. If you’ll run a company in Indonesia, an Investor KITAS is usually the fit.
Yes, in one of two ways. If your clients and income stay outside Indonesia, the E33G covers you. If you want Indonesian clients, local hires, or a registered brand, you’ll need a PT PMA and an Investor KITAS.
Not freehold, but leasehold, Hak Pakai (right-of-use), and PT PMA-held property are all workable paths — often paired with the Second Home Visa.
Most single-entry approvals take one to two weeks, with the physical card and local reporting following after arrival. Investor and Second Home applications generally take longer due to financial documentation.
It depends on your visa, income source, and how many days you spend in Indonesia in a rolling 12-month period. This is worth mapping out with us before you apply, not after.
